St. Michael’s Hospital’s allegiance to Creative Works Studio is unwavering. Whereas in these days of cutbacks and elimination of services, nothing is held to be sacred, the Creative Works Studio is always protected by a reverential fidelity to the Studio’s artists. The Studio is critical – a constituent element of the Hospital’s commitment to the poor and disconnected. And so, in a fashion, our donors are a testament to the hospital’s values, to its historical ethical mission in support of those most in need and to the truth telling and fearlessness of the creators who work in the Studio.
Those patients, those courageous artists – they are the beneficiaries of your incredible donation to the Creative Works Studio. Thank you, thank you so much for being here.
